Used & Replacement Engines:
All engines sold by PrimeAutoEngines are pre-owned or replacement engines. We make every effort to provide accurate information regarding engine specifications, mileage, condition, and any known defects. However, minor cosmetic wear consistent with used parts may be present.

Inspection Recommendation:
Customers are strongly advised to have the engine inspected by a certified or professional mechanic prior to installation to ensure compatibility and condition.

2. Warranty Coverage

Limited Warranty:
All engines sold by PrimeAutoEngines include a limited warranty of up to 6 months, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Warranty Terms:

  • Warranty covers internal engine defects only

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, overheating, or lack of maintenance is not covered

  • Proof of professional installation may be required for warranty claims

Warranty Claims:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact PrimeAutoEngines within the warranty period with relevant documentation.

3. Orders & Payments

Order Placement:
Orders may be placed via our website, phone, or email. All orders are subject to inventory availability and verification.

Shipping Damage:
If an engine arrives damaged, customers must notify PrimeAutoEngines immediately and retain all original packaging for claim verification.

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Orders that have already been shipped may not be canceled and will be processed as returns if eligible.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrimeAutoEngines shall not be liable for:

  • Installation-related errors or labor costs

  • Vehicle downtime or loss of use

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the engine.
