Payment Terms

Shipping Damage:
If your engine arrives damaged, please notify PrimeAutoEngines immediately. Customers must retain all original packaging and provide photos or documentation to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by applicable state or local laws. The final tax amount will be reflected during checkout or invoicing.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:
Returns for used engines are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The engine must have been installed and tested using proper and professional installation procedures

  • The issue must be verified as an engine defect, not caused by improper installation, misuse, or external damage

Condition of Return:
Returned engines must be in the same condition as received, including:

  • No physical damage or alterations

  • Original components intact

  • Original packaging and documentation included

Any signs of damage, tampering, or modification will void return eligibility.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping is free, provided the return meets eligibility requirements and is approved by PrimeAutoEngines.

Refunds

Refund Approval:
Once the returned engine is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
