Returns are accepted for used and replacement engines under the following conditions:

The engine must have been properly installed and tested by a qualified professional

The reported issue must be confirmed as a defect in the engine itself, not caused by:

Improper installation

Incorrect fitment

Overheating

Lack of maintenance

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by PrimeAutoEngines.
Condition of Returned Engines
To qualify for a return, the engine must:

Be in the same condition as it was received

Have no physical damage, missing parts, or alterations

Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Any signs of tampering, modification, or damage may void return eligibility.
Return Shipping

Refund Policy

Exceptions & Special Cases
Damaged or Defective on Arrival:
If the engine arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify PrimeAutoEngines immediately upon delivery. We will arrange:

Original packaging must be retained for claim verification.
Incorrect or Misordered Engines:
If an incorrect engine is ordered, PrimeAutoEngines will assist in correcting the issue. In such cases:

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility
Non-Refundable Items & Costs

Labor charges related to installation or removal are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy
